Overview We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Travel and Tourism Lecturer to join our academic team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching across Travel and Tourism programmes, with a strong emphasis on aviation, airline operations, and cabin crew preparation, equipping learners with the skills and knowledge required for progression into the travel and aviation sectors. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and effective teaching across Travel and Tourism programmes (e.g. Level 2–5, BTEC or equivalent). Teach specialist units related to aviation, cabin crew roles, airline operations, customer service, and health and safety. Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with awarding body and institutional requirements. Support learners through tutorials, academic guidance, and pastoral support. Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring content reflects current practices within the travel and aviation industries. Maintain accurate records of learner progress, attendance, and assessment outcomes. Participate in quality assurance activities, standardisation, and continuous professional development.
