Role Overview
As the Engineering Administrator & Stores Person, you’ll help maintain the department’s systems and materials while ensuring all documentation and data are accurate, compliant, and audit‑ready. Working closely with the Engineering Manager and other departments, you’ll contribute to the smooth running of operations across the site.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain the Pirana CMMS and produce weekly engineering reports
* Manage purchase orders, deliveries, and stock control activities
* Ensure all admin and documentation meet audit and compliance standards
* Liaise with suppliers and contractors for orders and urgent repairs
* Support other departments (Finance, H&S) and communicate updates at weekly meetings
Your Profile
* Experience in an engineering administration or stores role is preferred
* Strong organisational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI or Pirana is a plus
* Knowledge of stock systems or CMMS desirable
* Proactive team player with a flexible, hands–on approach
