 
        An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a leading, multi-site foodservice group that forms part of a large, UK-wide organisation. This role offers the chance to make a real difference, partnering with senior leaders across several dynamic businesses. The successful candidate will bring a mix of commercial awareness, emotional intelligence, and a hands-on approach to deliver effective people strategies and foster a positive, performance-driven culture. The Role The HR Business Partner will work closely with business leadership teams to shape and implement HR plans that align with overall group strategy. This is a highly visible and varied role requiring confidence, credibility, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery. Key priorities include: • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior management, influencing and supporting people decisions. • Developing and implementing site-specific HR and people plans that drive performance and engagement. • Managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to succession planning and talent development. • Advising on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolution. • Leading annual reward and performance processes to ensure competitiveness and compliance. • Partnering with leadership teams on organisational design, change management, and culture initiatives. About the Candidate: The ideal candidate will be a confident, commercially minded HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. They’ll be approachable, proactive, and able to influence senior stakeholders while maintaining a practical, solution-focused approach. Essential experience and attributes: • Proven HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor experience within a commercial or operationally focused business. • Strong generalist knowledge across the full HR spectrum, including employment law and employee relations. • Demonstrable experience supporting multiple sites or business units. • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage at all levels. • High emotional intelligence and sound professional judgment. • CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience). • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across sites in the South East.
