Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
* Support the senior team in daily operations alongside another Assistant Manager
* Work closely with the owners to deliver great service and smooth shifts
* Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
* Maintain high standards in customer service, safety, and compliance
* Assist with inventory, scheduling, and resolving customer queries
* Build strong relationships with kitchen teams and help maintain a welcoming environment
* Represent the business within the Bournemouth area when needed
