* Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional customer experience by helping customers find products and complete their purchases.
* Brand Bra Experience: Provide expert advice on bra fitting, sizing, and styles.
* Visual Merchandising: Manage product presentation and merchandising to assist customers.
* Lead by Example: Energize and support your team, maintaining high brand standards and personalized customer service.
* Store Targets: Support achievement of KPIs related to sales and profitability.
* Store Standards: Maintain store cleanliness, manage stock, assist with loss prevention, and follow safety procedures.
* Store Operations: Handle opening/closing duties, including key holder responsibilities.
* Executing New Initiatives: Support product launches, floor moves, and store audits, ensuring team training.
