The Role
You will teach Art & Design across KS3–KS5, delivering engaging lessons that help students experiment with media and develop their own artistic voice. The department encourages innovation, collaboration, and project-based learning — and you’ll have opportunities to support school exhibitions, art clubs, and community projects.
You’ll receive full support through a structured ECT induction programme, with a personal mentor and ongoing professional development to help you grow as an educator.
