The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide targeted support for pupils with a variety of learning needs. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will help create a positive learning environment where all pupils feel supported and encouraged.
Key responsibilities for the SEN Teaching Assistant include:
Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of differentiated learning activities
Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils with additional needs
Assisting in adapting classroom resources to meet individual learning requirements
Encouraging pupil participation, confidence, and independence
Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support pupil progressRequirements - SEN Teaching Assistant
