Customer Service Administrator - The Role:
1. Sales order processing, from point of order to delivery
2. Ensure invoices are submitted in a timely manner
3. Answer telephones, taking enquiries
4. Organising transport for deliveries
5. General sales office administration tasks
6. Liaising with the sales team, manufacturers and customers
Customer Service Administrator - The Candidate
7. We are looking for a strong communicator with previous administration experience.
8. You will be able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
9. Problem solving and attention to detail are important along with the ability to learn quickly.
