1:1 Teaching Assistant (SEN Support) - Wolverhampton - Full Time

We are looking for a full-time 1:1 Teaching Assistant in Wolverhampton to support a child with additional learning needs within a mainstream primary school. This 1:1 Teaching Assistant role in Wolverhampton involves supporting a pupil with ASD who requires a consistent, patient, and structured approach to learning.
The school is based in central Wolverhampton, easily accessible by public transport, and offers a nurturing environment with experienced SEN leadership.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting the pupil with learning and emotional regulation
Working closely with the SENCO and class teacher
Implementing strategies from EHCPs and outside agencies
Promoting inclusion and engagement in classroom activitiesThe ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a 1:1 Teaching Assistant role
Understanding of ASD and SEMH
A kind, supportive, and resilient nature
