We’re a buzzing Neo-Jacobean country mansion, set in 360 acres with 85 bedrooms, 7 meeting and event rooms, an 18-hole Golf Course, Spa & leisure complex, with a whole lot of hungry guests. Whether it’s a sizzling steak for two or a festive banquet for 150+, we’re all about flavour, flair, and five-star vibes.
Fulltime Position
£45,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience
What You’ll Be Stirring Up:
* Full control of the kitchen — menus, rotas, hiring, training, and development!
* Running a team of chefs like a well-oiled (butter-infused) machine
* Bringing the A-game during banquets, parties, and Christmas celebrations
* Watching costs like a hawk — your kitchen, your numbers
* Getting creative with dishes that wow and menus that move!
* Keeping food hygiene top of the charts (Level 3 Food Safety is a must!)
* Training your brigade, developing rising stars, and high-fiving success
* Reporting to leadership like a true boss — with updates, ideas, and good news!
