Our client, an International Moving company, is currently seeking a Removals Operations Manager to join their growing team in Buckinghamshire.
As the Removals Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead the team to ensure smooth service delivery, and manage scheduling, safety standards, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead daily operational planning and execution.
2. Oversee all job-related documentation.
3. Serve as the liaison between the operations department and road crews.
4. Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimise workflow.
5. Hire, train, and manage drivers and removal operatives to uphold high service standards.
6. Handle sales, business development, costings, invoicing, and monitor profitability.
7. Track branch performance and generate monthly reports.
The successful candidate MUST have a background in Removals and experience managing operations.
