We have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager to join us at Daish's Hotels!
Offering a competitive salary of £38,500 per annum after a 3-month probation period. This salary will increase with length of service and annual reviews. We provide continuous, all-year-round employment, as we do not close for winter months. Additionally, you will receive £50 upon completing basic Daish's training, and if you refer a friend, you'll split £100! There is also a generous quarterly bonus if criteria are met.
The role is full-time and includes some split shifts to cover key demand periods, ensuring smooth hotel operations. Evenings, weekends, and bank holidays are included.

Skills and capabilities required:
* Previous experience in the leisure or tourism industry.
* A drive and passion for the holiday industry and customer service.
* Ability to manage and motivate a dedicated team to uphold our core values.
* Adaptability, as the role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from calling Bingo to compliance and budgeting.
* Experience managing budgets.
* Planning for maintenance and capital investments to improve services.
* Handling HR issues in line with company policy.
* A hands-on, proactive attitude, leading from the front.
As a General Manager, you will be the face of the hotel, responsible for delivering our core values: clean, comfortable en-suite accommodation, good food, lively entertainment, and friendly customer service. You will coordinate front-end procedures with back-of-house processes to enhance guest experience and improve our brand and revenue.
You will assume full responsibility for hotel operations, including monitoring costs to meet P&L targets and managing staff to ensure smooth functioning and compliance.
