About the role
As an Enabling Support Worker, your role will be to provide support and encouragement, following the guidance of both the person supported and the person-centered support plan.
You will be required to maintain accurate records in line with service requirements. You may also need to administer personal care and medication.
Sleep-in sessions may be required, for which you will be paid an additional £60 per sleep-in.
Shaftesbury is an Independent Living service that offers flexible, client-driven support for people with diverse needs and living situations, helping them to engage with their community and live fulfilling lives.
