This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer who combines strong technical ability with leadership and commercial drive.
The Role:
* Managing a full caseload of residential sales, purchases and remortgages with minimal supervision
* Supervising, mentoring and developing junior team members
* Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently with exceptional client care
* Achieving billing and time recording targets
* Overseeing credit control on your own files
* Supporting business development, marketing and referrer relationships
* Contributing to departmental growth and continuous improvement
About You:
1. QualifiedLicensed Conveyancerwith strong residential property experience
2. Proven ability to supervise and develop others
3. Commercially aware with a track record of meeting billing targets
