Market Leading Chemical Manufacturer - Graphic Designer
Salary: £28,000 - £36,000 per year (DOE)
My client are of the UK’s leading cleaning chemical manufacturers, supplying a wide range of chemical solutions to both businesses and the general public. Based at our manufacturing and office headquarters in Snodland, Kent, we pride ourselves on innovation, quality, and strong brand identity.
We’re looking for a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our expanding in-house media team. Working alongside our Senior Graphic Designer and Videographer, you will play a key role in delivering engaging, conversion-driven design content across multiple platforms.
Who We're Looking For:
* A mid to senior-level designer with at least 3–5 years of professional design experience.
* Someone who understands the commercial impact of design—not just how it looks, but how it performs.
* A strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also take initiative and lead on design projects.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with our Head of Brand and Videographer to produce high-quality, on-brand creative assets.
* Design product labels in line with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
* Create visual content for our website, social media platforms, and Amazon listings (including A+ content).
* Develop marketing materials such as brochures, digital ads, internal documents, and presentations.
* Contribute to website UX improvements and content design with a conversion-led mindset.
* Support the evolution of my client’s brand identity across new products and platforms.
Skills & Experience:
* Highly experienced in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
* Knowledge of Adobe After Effects would be desired but not essential.
* Strong understanding customer journeys, and product marketing design.
* Experience with CMS (e.g. Shopify) is a strong plus.
* Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of finished work.
* Confident managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Knowledge of Amazon listings, Enhanced Brand Content, and A+ templates is a bonus.

In addition to your base salary, you’ll be eligible for a performance-based team bonus of up to £750 per person per month, tied to shared goals and company growth. We believe in rewarding great work and team collaboration.
