Systems IVVQ Manager – Thales UK, Portal Londrinatur

We are looking for a skilled Integration, Verification, Validation, and Qualification (IVVQ) Manager to lead IVVQ activities for large defense projects across land, sea, and air domains.
Role Summary
As an IVVQ Manager you will define and implement IVVQ strategy, manage tasks, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality solutions for customers. You will work closely with project teams, customers, and the OME Head of Engineering Delivery.
Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate all IVVQ activities on behalf of Thales OME with the customer.
* Prepare IVVQ plans, work‑breakdown structures, and schedules.
* Engage with project teams to embed IVVQ in the early planning stages.
* Define IVVQ strategy, estimates and schedule for the project/product portfolio.
* Select and deploy test equipment, tools, and methodologies required for IVVQ.
* Create and manage IVVQ scenarios and oversee their implementation.
* Conduct or organize testing at manufacturer sites, customer premises, or external facilities.
* Lead a trials team and produce technical reports based on test results.
* Review technical artefacts from an IVVQ perspective.
* Guide the IVVQ engineering team to deliver work products on time, within cost, and to quality standards.
* Coordinate governance reviews and support customer meetings and demonstrations.
* Collate evidence required to support product certification (VVRM).
Qualifications
* Strong engineering background with experience managing multi‑disciplinary IVVQ projects.
* Demonstrated methodical and organized approach to IVVQ.
* Excellent communication skills and customer‑focused mindset.
* Ability to work in a fast‑moving environment with multiple priorities.
* Knowledge of defense industry or highly regulated sectors is beneficial.

Security Clearance
