About the Role Both behind the scenes within our warehouses and across the front end of the customer experience, we now have an opportunity for a Senior Network Inbound Manager to join the team. This strategic role exists to ensure the efficient, governed, and reliable operation of our inbound supply chain across multiple stakeholders, including Ocado Retail Ltd (ORL) and Morrisons. You will be the primary architect of the network inbound strategy, focusing on high-level decision-making, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a stable and scalable inbound flow. Key Responsibilities Architecting the Central Inbound Strategy: Transform high-level network goals into actionable frameworks and high-impact decision-making processes. Establishing Strategic Governance: Design and lead the governance forums and escalation pathways that align performance standards across Ocado Logistics Operations, Ocado Retail, and Morrisons. Commanding Network Accountability: Ensure early detection of systemic inbound risks by establishing clear ownership structures, ensuring operational issues are resolved swiftly by the correct functional leads. Standardising Scalable Excellence: Drive continuous improvement of network-wide policies and processes, leveraging data insights to enhance efficiency and ensuring self-service tools are utilised effectively. Influencing Senior Stakeholders: Build high-trust relationships with senior leadership to maintain operational confidence, ensuring retailers and inbound teams remain accountable for their specific deliverables. About You Strategic Autonomy: A proven ability to navigate ambiguity and operate autonomously to deliver clear, structured results. Stakeholder Orchestration: Highly skilled at influencing and aligning cross-functional senior leaders to drive unified network outcomes and clear accountability. Analytical Rigour: Advanced proficiency in using data and KPIs to identify systemic issues and implement long-term, scalable solutions across a complex network. Decisive Influence: The confidence to challenge the status quo and the diplomacy to drive performance across teams without direct line authority. Operational Resilience: The ability to maintain strategic momentum and credible leadership during high-pressure periods or when priorities conflict.
