About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (AVP level) to join a growing technology-focused change function within a forward-thinking organisation.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys analysing complex problems, engaging with stakeholders, and driving impactful technology solutions. You will play a key role in gathering requirements, shaping solutions, and supporting the delivery of business-critical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead business analysis for small projects or workstreams within larger transformation programmes.
* Gather and document clear, actionable business and functional requirements.
* Work closely with project managers, product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to define solutions that meet business goals.
* Provide recommendations to improve processes and ensure delivery aligns with project objectives.
* Support delivery planning, estimation, and reporting in line with governance standards.
* Ensure all activities align with internal processes, compliance requirements, and overall technology strategy.
Essential Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the technology industry.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience working across data-driven environments.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
* Good understanding of Agile (Scrum and Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
* Working knowledge of APIs, data transfer, and cloud-based applications.
Desirable Skills
* Familiarity with SQL or data analysis.
* Understanding of financial regulations or payment systems.
* Knowledge of digital transformation or large-scale technology programmes.
