In this vital role, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents during the nighttime hours. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility support, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
- Supporting residents with meals and hydration, ensuring their dietary needs are met.
- Promoting resident engagement by encouraging participation in activities and social interaction.
- Monitoring residents's health and well-being, promptly addressing any changes or concerns.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
- Documenting care activities accurately and maintaining clear communication with team members.
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for residents and colleagues.
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualities and Qualifications
We are seeking individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on others' lives. Our ideal candidate will have:
- A compassionate and proactive attitude.
- A genuine interest in health and social care (previous experience is advantageous but not essential).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to residents's needs.
Pay and Hours
Pay Rate: £12.77 per hour.
Day Shifts: 3 days per week (33 hours) or 4 days per week (4 shifts).
Shifts: 7am-7pm.
Note: This role is not suitable for applicants with a 20-hour student visa working restriction, or those requiring Visa sponsorship/sponsor switch.
