Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
3. Work closely with Managers to provide HR support and guidance.
4. Drive key HR initiatives, including talent management, employee development, performance management, and employee engagement.
5. Advise on organisational design and change management.
6. Support and advise on employee relations issues, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant practices.
7. Partner with the wider HR team to implement company-wide HR initiatives.
8. Promote a culture of diversity, equality, and inclusion.
9. Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies that align with overall business objectives.
The Successful Applicant
The right HR Business Partner will have:
10. Proven experience as a HR Business Partner, or be an experienced Senior HR Advisor keen to progress.
11. Excellent understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and effective people management.
12. Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
13. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
14. A proactive approach with a solutions-focused mindset.
15. Experience of working in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
16. Ideally be from a background in manufacturing, distribution/logistics or similar.
17. CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
