Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our client in the Central Government, who is seeking a Workforce Planning Manager for an initial 3-month assignment with an option to extend.
Location: Hybrid working - Glasgow/London
Essential Skills: The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Workforce Planning, along with the following skills and experience:
* Extensive experience in developing and implementing workforce planning strategies.
* Experience in HR activities, building and developing organisational growth, capability, and culture.
* Experience in business planning processes and alignment with strategic objectives.
* Experience in coaching and people development
* Experience of working within a Public Sector/Central Government IT Service Environment
* Professional Qualifications CIPD qualification - desired
