As a Creative Agency Partner (CAP), you will be a strategic pillar within the UK market, focused on navigating and nurturing the full creative and media landscape. This isn't just about managing accounts; it's about scaling creative products, leading high‑stakes pilots, and serving as a bridge between TikTok's innovative tools and the agency world. You will work within a dynamic, international team to drive revenue growth by ensuring agencies (whether creative, media, or specialized partners) are equipped to deliver world‑class business results on TikTok.
Responsibilities
* Ecosystem Orchestration: Manage and influence the entire agency ecosystem (Creative, Media, and Platform Partners) to ensure a holistic approach to brand success on TikTok.
* GTM Strategy & Revenue Scaling: Lead the GTM strategy for TikTok Ad Creative products specifically for Agencies. Directly contribute to revenue growth by scaling creative solutions, driving the adoption of new features, and overseeing the execution of innovative pilot programs.
* Strategic Advisory: Act as a senior consultant to agencies, providing both creative direction and business strategy to help them navigate the TikTok landscape.
* Account Planning: Lead the strategic planning process, aligning agency capabilities with TikTok's roadmap to maximize long‑term partnership value.
* Education & Evangelism: Spearhead high‑level workshops and educational sessions for agency leadership, focusing on how creative excellence translates into measurable business outcomes.
* Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Sales, Product, and Measurement teams to troubleshoot complex challenges and identify new opportunities for product improvement.
* Business Acumen: Utilize data and industry insights to build compelling business cases that justify increased investment and creative experimentation on the platform.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, or creative strategy.
* Proven track record of managing complex professional relationships with large‑scale advertising agencies.
* Deep understanding of the UK advertising landscape and the interplay between creative and media buying.
* Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate technical product features into business value.
Preferred Qualifications
* Direct Agency Experience: Having worked inside a creative or media agency is highly preferred, providing a deep empathy for agency workflows and client pressures.
* Business Acumen: Experience exceeding revenue targets and managing a high‑growth book of business.
* Creative Intuition: A strong "eye" for what works on TikTok, with the ability to guide agencies on content structure, creator collaborations, and community‑led trends.
* International Mindset: Experience working within diverse, multi‑market teams and a passion for a fast‑paced, "day one" environment.
* Self‑Starter Mentality: Ability to navigate ambiguity and build processes where they don't yet exist.
