On behalf of our private clients, we are looking for a Housekeeper in Surrey.
This is a great opportunity for a Housekeeper to join a very friendly Team in a formal household and learn high standards of housekeeping, laundry and service.
The ideal Housekeeper will have knowledge and experience in cleaning and laundry, a team player with excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude, discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy, a genuine love for animals is essential, flexible and willing to assist with varied tasks as needed.
Schedule
Days & Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM.
Breaks: A lunch break and two coffee breaks are provided daily.
Weekend Work: One weekend per month on a pre-planned rota, always confirmed at least one month in advance.
Shoot Weekends: Three times per year, all team members are required to work longer hours to assist with events.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with daily housekeeping duties across the main house
Supporting the laundry team with washing, ironing, and wardrobe management
Providing help in the kitchen when required
Dog walking for the familys two friendly dogs (Beagle and Pug)
Assisting with service and guest support during three annual shoot weekends
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation throughout the property
Accommodation (IF Live-in) an ensuite bedroom with a comfortable sitting room and kitchen are available to share with other live-in staff members.
Salary: up to £40K gross per year negatable (reviewed every year)
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
