JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a proactive Senior Administrator to join our thriving team, where attention to detail and a strong work ethic are key to success. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity. We know that flexibility is important, so operate a hybrid working style, where you will spend 3 days per week working in our Oldham office with the option to work from home two days per week. Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will support the team by ensuring that compliance information, service sheets and reports are accurate and up to date, budgets are on track and customer queries are answered quickly. Your duties will include: Monitoring the performance of contracts and/or suppliers ensuring quality and value for money. Monitor standards of administration and make recommendations for improvements. Escalate data quality issues promptly and proportionately so that actions can be taken to manage risks to statutory compliance. Take responsibility for providing a comprehensive administration service to the team including managing daily reports, quotes and raising works orders. Develop, maintain and monitor systems, registers, records and databases for the efficient inputting, storage and retrieval of data for generating reports. Encourage the efficient flow of communication with other offices, departments, external customers and suppliers. Produce accurate documentation/presentation materials through the typing of letters, reports and minutes. You will not only be an experienced Senior Administrator, but you will also have great customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done. Experience in compliance/lift service and maintenance would be an advantage. You will also be able to demonstrate: Essential: Experience of working to deadlines and targets. Customer service experience. Good attention to detail. Ability to organise workload effectively and work methodically on own initiative. Good oral and written communications. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. Technically proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word. Demonstrates the Guinness Behaviours.
