The Role:
Assemble mechanical products in accordance with drawings, specifications and build procedures
Highlight any non-conformance to the manager and ensure, in the absence of assembly drawings, other sources are used to ensure accurate assembly
Use build sheets to ensure times and processes of build are adhered to, making notes as required
Sign off each operation on the build sheet as they are completed
Manufacture and fabricate bespoke parts in the machine shop when required
Make modifications in conjunction with the design team, during build to facilitate the customers requirements
The Person:
Proven new machine build experience
Experience with hand tools and measuring equipment
