We currently have a number of excitingroles within our Resources and Transformation directorate at Salford CityCouncil, playing a key role in shaping the future of the council and how wedeliver services to our residents. The roles will sit within the OrganisationDevelopment team to enable us to continue to build on our success andbring new experience, knowledge, and ideas into the team.
You will be a role model of our values and buildcollaborative and effective working relationships to make positive changehappen. About the Role
What will you be doing?
Reporting tothe Strategic OD Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successfuldelivery of key strategic projects and transformation required to develop theorganisation and its people. Approachingthe role with a positive mindset you will:
* Provide peoplecentred professional service to clients on all aspects of organisationdevelopment, culture change and transformation, and workforce engagement
* Embed a positive andenabling culture aligned with the Council’s priorities and values to drive ahigh performing organisation
* Lead complexstrategic projects for the organisation's transformation programme, InnovateSalford
* Ensure peopleare at the heart of change, and that our workforce, residents, and partners areengaged and have a voice in design and solutions
* Be a role modeldemonstrating our values and leadership behaviours in all that you do.
