Waking Night Support Worker
£12.21 per hour / 25,396.80 per annum
Working Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
Service: Endurance Care Broadstairs
We are currently recruiting for a Waking Night Support Worker to join our team at Endurance Care Kent, based in Broadstairs.
We have a range of services throughout Broadstairs, including a 6-bed Residential unit and six supported living flats with 2 to 4 beds, supporting adults with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and complex needs.
"My name is Andrew, and I currently live in a shared supported living flat. My interests include making airfix models and visiting historical and English heritage sites. I sometimes need support from staff to manage my finances, medication, cook meals, keep my space tidy, and discuss worries. I also enjoy having company and going for coffee."

The role of a Support Worker at National Care Group
You will work with young adults with complex needs. We seek a respectful and caring individual passionate about supporting young adults to reach their potential. This role can be challenging but highly rewarding.
You will build positive relationships by listening, discussing, and planning goals with the individuals you support.
You will assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and errands, and support with personal care, including eating and medication administration.
You will participate in planning and engaging in activities, outings, and supporting independence.
