Responsibilities
* Support people at home to live as independently as possible
* Driving is essential for this role
* Empower individuals to make their own choices
* Provide personal, physical, and emotional care
* Assist with daily tasks, activities, and appointments
* Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals
* Use mobile technology to record and deliver quality care
* Follow Altogether Care's values and safe working practices
* Ability and willingness to travel to ensure high-quality care
Qualifications
* Full UK Driving Licence & Access To Own Vehicle
* Ability to travel within the local area
* Empathy, reliability, and a positive attitude
* Experience in social care is an advantage but not essential
