Our Manchester office is home to a highly regardedCatastrophic Loss Team. We work with leading insurers and corporate clients, handling complex and high-value personal injury claims. We are seeking a skilled and motivatedSolicitor(NQ+) to join this dynamic and supportive team.
Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload of catastrophic and serious injury claims.
* Assisting senior team members with complex, multi-million-pound cases.
* Advising clients, including insurers and corporate clients, on liability, quantum, and litigation strategy.
* Drafting documents, preparing for court, and engaging in settlement negotiations.
* Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service delivery.
* Staying updated on legal developments in catastrophic injury and insurance law
What will help you succeed in this role?
Essential
* NQ + PQE with experience in defendant personal injury litigation.
* Strong background in catastrophic and/or serious injury claims.
* Excellent knowledge of personal injury law, liability, and quantum assessment.
* Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Commitment to delivering outstanding service and results
