What You’ll Do
* Collaborate with customers to understand their data landscape, domain knowledge, and existing IT architecture
* Design and implement bespoke solution architectures and system integrations that align with customer needs
* Lead technical workshops and deliver solution presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Develop reusable deployment templates and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
* Feed insights from real-world customer interactions directly into the product development process to inform future enhancements
* Provide end-to-end support across the customer journey — from initial technical evaluation through to deployment and ongoing engagement
What You Bring
* 5+ years of experience deploying cloud and on-prem applications, with at least 1 year in a technical leadership role
* Strong client-facing skills across technical and business contexts
* Proficient in at least two major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (required); Helm experience a plus
* Solid understanding of databases; familiarity with graph databases advantageous
* Strong background in data integration and secure application development
* Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field
* Hybrid role requiring 3+ days per week in the Oxford office
