Caravan Accommodation Manager - Skegness Description The Caravan Accommodation Manager will ensure the smooth delivery of our Caravan Village. Their area of responsibility which will be multiple locations including our static caravans, lodges and associated public areas within the Village at Skegness. This will also include the hire fleet, sublet units and owner accommodation where cleaning services are provided. They will lead their team in promoting the highest operational standards in resort cleanliness and accommodation cleanliness. This role will ensure we are driving our Clean and Fault Free (CAFF) approach to our accommodation and holding team to account to ensure standards are met, working closely with the wider Guest Services & Accommodation Team to manage issues proactively that arise to ensure we can try and improve the experience for our guests. You will support and coach the team to ensure they deliver a great experience and are also driving any key metrics. Effective management of village accommodation payroll and resource requirements. Guest NPS for the Caravan Village accommodation along with owner satisfaction / feedback scores for Skegness Caravan Village owners. This role covers a 5-day working week over 7 days, so flexibility is very important. As with all roles at Butlin's, no day will be the same and you will need to enjoy thinking on your feet, getting stuck in, and ensuring that our guest experience is always your number one priority. About You The ideal candidate will have extensive operational knowledge in managing a cleaning or soft services team, with a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs. They will exhibit high standards and meticulous attention to detail, with experience in leading both permanent and temporary teams to achieve outstanding results.
