The Quality Improvement Lead will play a key role in three main areas of support that the Improvement Team provides to Kingston Hospital and Richmond Community Services.
* Coaching individuals and teams to embed continuous improvement in their daily work
* Providing expert support for priority improvement programmes that may span multiple service areas or organisations
* Supporting the further development and implementation of our quality improvement strategy.
We are looking for someone with the technical skills, relational abilities and positive attitude to help us achieve our vision for improvement.
Main Duties Of The Job Will Include
* Contribute to the ongoing development and delivery of our QI training and coaching programme
* Act as the QI Lead for priority improvement initiatives including transformational improvement programmes and cross-Trust quality priorities
* Provide leadership, facilitation and specialist support to front line teams and leaders to help implement continuous improvement and quality management systems
* Work collaboratively across the Transformation, Strategy and Improvement directorate, ensuring quality improvement is a golden thread through everything we do
