IT Technology & Compliance Manager Location:
Remote – UK or Ireland | Full-Time We’re hiring a ITTechnology & Compliance Manager to join a global technology-driven organization focused on continuous improvement and regulatory excellence. This is a
hands-on, dual-focus role,
equally split between business systems analysis and regulatory compliance. You'll work closely with Legal, Risk & Compliance teams as well as global IT, Cloud Ops, and R&D functions to implement high-impact solutions and ensure technology operations meet international regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Business Systems Analysis Understand internal business processes and identify opportunities for IT system improvements Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements Manage implementation projects in partnership with Enterprise IT and business teams Ensure timely delivery and quality of solutions aligned with stakeholder expectations Serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business units Regulatory Compliance Lead technology compliance efforts aligned with international standards (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, ICH GCP) Conduct internal audits and support external audits from regulatory authorities and partners Drive risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies Maintain and enhance compliance documentation (SOPs, policies, validation protocols) Ensure systems validation, security, and governance are embedded in IT and software practices What We’re Looking For Experience in business systems analysis, application administration, or compliance oversight Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Compliance, or equivalent professional experience Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and regulatory initiatives Strong knowledge of system validation, documentation, and risk management practices Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks and enterprise IT operations Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive continuous improvement Why Join?
