Interim Management Accountant (Business Partnering & Budgeting)
Location: Bath (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: Until June 2026
Day Rate: £350-£425 per day (via Umbrella)
FTC Equivalent: £65,000-£75,000 pro rata

We're supporting a high-profile organisation in Bath that combines commercial ambition with a long-term commitment to sustainability, community. They need an experienced Interim Management Accountant to strengthen their financial planning and help senior stakeholders make informed, values-driven decisions.
What you'll do:
* Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and management accounts, ensuring clarity and insight across a varied portfolio
* Partner with operational leaders, giving them financial confidence and challenge to deliver both financial and non-financial goals.
* Provide analysis that goes beyond the numbers - showing the story behind performance, trends and opportunities.
* Help shape processes that balance commercial priorities with environmental and social impact.
What you bring:
* A professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
* Experience in management accounting and forward-looking business partnering.
* The ability to communicate complex numbers in a way that influences decisions.
* A collaborative style - you enjoy working with non-finance teams and building trusted relationships.
