About the Role
As our Lead Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll play a hands-on, practical role in supporting low-volume, electro-mechanical batch production. We're looking for someone with direct experience in a similar manufacturing environment - someone who understands the realities of getting high-quality products out the door efficiently, while navigating the unique challenges of small-batch assembly.
You’ll work closely with production, procurement, stores, and engineering - balancing competing priorities, solving problems collaboratively, and keeping things moving on the shop floor. This role blends technical problem-solving with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll need to be pragmatic, approachable, and confident working across functions - resolving issues, aligning teams, and building trust to ensure smooth operations.
If you enjoy working in a collaborative, flexible, and purpose-driven environment, where your input is valued and your impact is visible, this role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in a growing, innovation-led company.
