Connoisseur Golf is one of the leading names in luxury golf travel. Based in St Andrews, we offer exclusive, high spec itineraries across Scotland, Ireland, England and a range of other destinations throughout the world. The Scottish Golf Tourism Awards named us Best Tour Operator in 2023 and 2024. We are the leading provider of heli-golf in the UK & Ireland, and we serve an A-list clientele. The position of Operations Coordinator requires superb communication and administrative skills, precision, an understanding of the luxury golf travel sector and a high level of flexibility throughout the golfing season (April - October). Working under our Operations Manager, this role ensures that every box is ticked in preparation of our clients arrival, during their trip and after they depart. Managing flight arrivals, providing a meet & greet service, overseeing supplier bookings, managing ground and helicopter transport, being a primary point of contact to our drivers and client group leaders. You will oversee client files prepared by our Tour Coordinators in both an administrative and operational sense, while also playing a key role in our client-facing team. Ideally you would live in North-East Fife or within a short commute of St Andrews.
What to expect:
40 hrs/week including 1hr paid lunch break + seasonal overtime + 34 days paid holiday.
A generous starting salary dependent upon skill-set and experience (£30-40k + bonus scheme) + private healthcare + enhanced pension contribution.
A high level of training and support from a friendly management team which will allow you to develop confidence in co-ordinating our operations between internal teams. Promoting a detailed-orientated environment throughout the Connoisseur Golf team.
Monitoring client and supplier accounts. Making payments to suppliers and industry partners.
Managing a consistent and comprehensive resource to our clients via the Connoisseur Golf App.
Meeting client groups in person / scheduling and managing all client-facing operations, which often includes early mornings, evenings and weekends (also overseeing logistics throughout these periods). Assume a central role in supporting drivers and helicopter ops.
Collating pre-arrival information, co-ordinating and managing client arrivals, ensuring that an industry leading level of customer service is extended to our clients before, during and after their trip. Managing / actioning client feedback and sharing this data with the wider team.

If you fit the below brief, we want to hear from you -
Experience in the luxury golf / hotel / transportation / travel sector.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. A perfect grasp of the English language with excellent writing skills, punctuation and grammar.
Confident telephone etiquette.
Strong numeracy skills - displaying confidence and precision at all times. Experience in working on complex and high value client accounts.
A high level of proficiency in Office 365 (Excel in particular). Knowledge of / experience using Salesforce, Vamoos, Jotform would be advantageous.
A strong geographical knowledge of Scotland, England and Ireland is a pre-requisite. Geographical / cultural knowledge of Spain and UAE would be advantageous.
An advanced level of customer service. A calm and calculated problem-solving mentality when unforeseen circumstances arise.
A keen knowledge of golf is highly desirable, and a strong awareness of the leading courses throughout Scotland, England and Ireland. Knowledge of golf in Spain and UAE would be advantageous.
Living in or within a short commute of St Andrews.
