Multi-Skilled Joiner – Social Housing (Planned Kitchens & Bathrooms)

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading social housing contractor for a Permanent Multi-Skilled Joiner to join their planned works team in Leeds. The role focuses on delivering high-quality kitchen and bathroom replacements in occupied social housing properties and provides long-term stability, strong team support, and a company van with fuel card.
The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Joiner, you will complete a range of planned works, including:
* Full kitchen rip-out and installation
* Worktop installation including accurate mitre joints
* Studwork, boxing-in, skirting, architraves, door linings and adjustments
* Bathroom joinery including panels and access hatches
* Basic plumbing (taps, wastes, traps, minor pipework)
* Basic tiling, grouting, and silicone finishing
* Patch plastering and general making-good
* Working professionally and respectfully in occupied properties
Requirements
1. NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry & Joinery or time-served background
2. Strong multi-trade skills (basic plumbing, tiling, plastering)
