QLM Search is working in partnership with Pickstock Telford to appoint a Head of Sales & Commercial, a senior leadership role with full accountability for the commercial direction, performance, and capability of the business.This is an end-to-end commercial position. You will lead Sales, Commercial Planning and pricing strategy, shaping how the business trades today while building a more resilient, data-led and integrated commercial function for the future.The OpportunityThis role exists to bring clarity, structure and leadership across sales, planning and pricing, ensuring commercial ambition is grounded in operational reality.You will own the commercial strategy, balancing growth, margin and risk, while working closely with Operations, Livestock Procurement and Finance to align demand, supply and capacity.
