Our client is looking for an exceptional Chef De Partie to join their team to deliver outstanding dishes for a true culinary experience.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with the Sous Chef to maintain a consistent 5-star service standard
* Demostrate expertise in specialised culinary techiniques
* Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demostrating adaptability and flexibility
* Contribute to menu development and innovation
* Ensuring full compliance of food safety and hygeine standards at all times
About you:
* Proven background in a similar role
* Ability to manage and inspire commis chefs
* Team player qualities
* Enthusiam to delvelop your own skills and knowledge
* Positive and approachable manner
* High level of attention to detail
* Demostrate strong knowledge and culinary skills
* Excellent communication and adaptabilty
* Due to the location, driving with own access to transport would be advantageous
