As a result of our expansion plans, and our continued ongoing success we are seeking a dynamic Security Operations Centre Operative to be based at our Head Office in Plymouth.
Responsibilities
* Monitoring security systems, alarms, and CCTV feeds to detect and respond to incidents.
* Escalating issues in line with protocols and liaising with internal teams and emergency services.
* Conducting system health checks and reporting faults.
* Supporting shift handovers and ensuring continuity of operations.
* Providing first-line technical support for security tech.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring GDPR compliance.
* Upholding confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Person Specification
* Were seeking someone who is calm under pressure, highly organised, and tech-savvy. Ideally, youll have:
* Experience in a control room or similar environment (desirable, not essential).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* A proactive mindset and high level of integrity.

Position: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts on a 4-on, 4-off rota.
