Location: Huddersfield, Huddersfield International Study Centre
Salary: up to £30,000 per annum
About the Role
* Work with centre management to oversee implementation of standards and regulations.
* Organise the release of assessment screens termly.
* Assist with invigilation of assessments and re-assessments.
* Manage assessment verification processes, security, collation, distribution, collection, and archiving.
* Review and update systems used for assessments.
* Oversee completion and accuracy of assessment documentation, liaising with academic staff.
* Coordinate student progression data updates in the student information system.
* Coordinate collection of information for timetabling and liaise with relevant teams.
* Lead and motivate Data and Operations Officers to enhance student outcomes and experience.
* Ensure coverage at front desk and support workload distribution.
* Contribute to process improvements and communication strategies.
* Manage performance of direct reports, including setting objectives and conducting reviews.
* Support staff development and recruitment.
* Maintain quality and compliance policies and contribute to monitoring reports.
* Participate in governance and action plan implementation.
* Analyze data and feedback to monitor impact on student progression and experience.
* Handle fee payment deadlines, invoicing, and refunds.
* Serve as a key contact for student inquiries and support.
* Assist in organising student events.
About You
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* Administration or management training/qualification.
* Higher level safeguarding training.
* Experience in line management.
* Supporting students in educational settings.
* Experience in regulated environments.
