Your leadership will ensure they continue to thrive in a safe, structured, and engaging environment. The individuals you will be supporting are: Greatly skilled in communicating their needs Autistic with learning disabilities both individuals require support to manage their epilepsy needs’ Both are very different and need support in all aspects of their life and while epilepsy affects them, they are not defined by it. You'll play a key role in ensuring that with routine and preparation they can safely enjoy life to the fullest. There will also be an additional element to the role to engage your clinical skills further in supporting the other supported living and bespoke services with clinical protocols and training when required. Working hours: 40 per week, Monday–Friday, with on-call duties. We’re open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
