About the Role
We are a healthcare-focused direct-to-consumer (D2C) business offering pioneering services primarily to expecting parents, alongside other complementary health tests. Our UK Sales and Marketing Manager will play a key role in managing sales and revenue targets, supporting a small dynamic team, driving marketing initiatives, and ensuring exceptional post-sales administration. Based at our UK Headquarters in Nottingham, this hands-on position combines strategic oversight with operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management
* Achieve sales and revenue targets in collaboration with the Business Development Executive.
* Provide guidance and support to a small, dynamic sales team to drive conversion and customer acquisition.
* Identify opportunities to enhance sales processes and improve team performance.
Marketing Leadership
* Develop and execute marketing strategies in partnership with the Group Marketing Manager and broader marketing function.
* Oversee and optimize campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
* Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
* Enjoy complete autonomy to apply an innovative and entrepreneurial approach to lead generation and campaign development.
Administrative Oversight
* Focus on post-sales care, working closely with the Customer Service Team Leader to ensure smooth after-service administration.
* Adopt a hands-on approach to supporting customer service functions in a highly regulated environment.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and maintain exceptional service quality for all clients.
Qualifications and Skills
* Proven experience in sales and marketing management, ideally within a healthcare, D2C, or related sector.
* Strong expertise in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, PPC, and analytics tools.
* Experience managing post-sales administration in a regulated industry is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lead and inspire a team while managing multiple priorities effectively.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing software.
