As an Hearcare operations manager roleat Specsavers, you'll be a key part of our business. you'll make sure all administration and clinic scheduling is completed in the most effective, efficient way possible, and you'll always put the customers first.
Main tasks - Clinic managment, stock managemnet &ordering, Operational compliance, health & safety, invoicing, banking & ensuring KPI's are met.

* Full time - 37.5 hours - Will include weekend working

* Experience working in fast-paced administrative environment
* Excellent admin and organisational skills
* Comfortable in a face-to-face environment - greeting customers as they come into the store
* Ability to use IT systems effectively (including Office 365)
* Great team worker
* Positive attitude
* Fantastic communicator
* Ability to adapt
Desirable skills:
* Previous experience working in an administrative role or face to face customer service role.
