As a key part of our delivery operations team, you'll shape the customer experience through impactful site-based training and development.
You will deliver training to new and existing staff on customer service, food safety, manual handling, and safe systems of work. Additionally, you'll provide driver coaching to improve risk awareness, driving skills, and promote a positive driving mindset.
Your responsibilities include offering constructive feedback, tracking trainee progress, and keeping training records accurate, complete, and audit-ready. You'll also be responsible for delivering the full suite of training required at the site, including Site Marshal training.
We're looking for someone who's keen to grow and develop – particularly in delivering compliance-based courses such as Food Safety and Health & Safety, as needed.
* A clean driving record is essential.
* DVSA Approved Driving Instructor status (Fleet registered is a bonus)
* No live sanctions
* No MVIR in the last 12 months
* No more than 3 points on your driving licence
* Confidence to work independently and as part of a specialist team
* A flexible approach to delivering training at various locations
* Strong working knowledge of the Google Suite, PowerPoint, and UK traffic regulations
* Ability to deliver clear, honest feedback to help others grow
