About the Role:
Were looking for an experienced Pre-Construction Manager with a strong mechanical bias to join our growing team in Bracknell. As a Pre-Construction Manager, youll play a pivotal role in the early phases of our M&E projects, overseeing everything from tendering and estimating to design coordination and client liaison.
The Pre-Construction Manager will work closely with our commercial, design, and operations teams to ensure a seamless handover into delivery. Youll also have the opportunity to influence project strategy, win exciting new work, and help shape the future of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all pre-construction activities for mechanical and M&E projects.
Oversee tenders, bids, and technical submissions from concept to contract award.
Collaborate with design engineers and estimators to develop competitive, compliant proposals.
Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.
Ensure the smooth transition of projects from pre-construction to delivery.
Support business development and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pre-Construction Manager or in a senior pre-con role within the mechanical or M&E sector.
Strong technical understanding of HVAC and building services systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects and deadlines effectively.
