Housing Administrator – Guildford (Interim Role)
£15–£17 per hour | 6 Month Contract | Immediate Start
Are you a detail-driven data enthusiast with a knack for accuracy and speed? We’re recruiting for a respected social housing provider in Guildford, urgently seeking a Housing Administrator to support the team with a variety of tasks.
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Damp & mould administration – receiving requests from other departments, updating information onto Excel and updating the database
· Disrepair works – receiving information from the legal team and gathering information to update the database
· Updating the voids spreadsheet
· Raising works orders on Orchard
What We’re Looking For:
· Proven experience in data entry or administration roles.
· Familiarity with Orchard (housing management system) is highly desirable.
· Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
