Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Central London – Hybrid - £80,000 plus benefits
A highly successful, global business is looking for an experienced in-house recruitment professional to lead their global talent acquisition efforts. This strategic and operational role will be responsible for driving the talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the brand can attract and retain the best talent. Please note - experience in financial services or professional services would be advantageous.
As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will act as a trusted partner to the business, ensuring they can identify, attract, and secure individuals capable of developing the organization.
You will join a talented, friendly HR team and will line manage one Internal Recruiter. Key responsibilities will include:
1. Lead global recruitment activities
2. Proactively source talent through headhunting, market mapping, and targeted sourcing strategies to engage passive candidate pools
3. Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver a seamless end-to-end recruitment process, including requirement gathering, job specification updates, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and candidate communication
4. Coach and support hiring managers through all stages of the recruitment process, ensuring a fair, inclusive, and legally compliant approach
5. Manage the offer process, securing necessary approvals and issuing offer letters and contracts
6. Drive and champion the Employee Referral Programme
7. Collaborate with HR Business Partners to anticipate and respond to workforce planning needs
8. Continue efforts towards direct recruitment methods including job boards, social media, and direct search
9. Enhance advertising and sourcing strategies; develop and maintain careers content on the company website, intranet, and LinkedIn
10. Lead the development and optimization of the Applicant Tracking System and other recruitment tools
11. Design and implement strategic plans for platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor to support recruitment branding
12. Deliver training and resources for interviewers and hiring managers on topics such as effective interviewing, unconscious bias, and decision-making
This Senior TA role would suit an experienced in-house Recruitment Manager/Partner with significant experience within a professional, corporate environment. You should have proven experience in developing recruitment strategies, headcount planning, and setting budgets.
The salary for this role is up to £80,000 plus bonus and benefits.
