Due to an increase in demand from our Commercial, Accountancy & Legal clients we are looking to add to the team, which is based in Rochford Essex however partners with clients across Essex, London (City & West End) and the Home Counties.

Joining an experienced team this is a great opportunity for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join a fun and frinedly work environement. You will ideally have 12 months plus experinece in a recruitment role and enjoy workling with both candidates and clients.
This is a great opportunity to be able to partner with high calibre clients without having to travel to London.
Depending on your background, you will be assigned a Portfolio of Clients and will specialise in either Commercial Finance / Operations / Tax / Audit or Legal.
Your role will involve -
* Meeting with Candidates & Clients (via Teams or Face to Face)
* Working with Preferred Supplier Clients (the hard work has already been done for you!)
* Business Development
* Continuously growing and developing your network
* Utilising our extensive Salesforce database & LinkedIn Recruiter
* Organise and attend Client events
Progression opportunities exist towards a Senior level, and then further would consist of the opportunity to move into either a Managing Consultant or a Principal Consultant role. At Senior level, you have the opportunity to mentor trainees and earn from their initial success.
