Senior Quantity Surveyor - Bristol
Salary: 65,000 + Benefits
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of projects across Facilities Management, Mechanical & Electrical, and Refurbishment works, ensuring successful commercial delivery from inception through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the commercial management of projects across FM, M&E, and refurbishment sectors
* Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts
* Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and contract negotiations
* Administer and manage NEC and JCT contracts with confidence
* Ensure projects are delivered to budget, programme, and quality standards
* Provide commercial leadership and mentorship to junior team members
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
About You:
* Experienced Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record in a senior role
* Strong knowledge of NEC or JCT contract forms
* Previous experience within Facilities Management, Mechanical & Electrical, or Refurbishment projects
* Excellent negotiation, financial, and analytical skills
* Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
* Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent), RICS accreditation desirable
